Children are an important part of church life at All Saints.
The Children's Church meets on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Sundays alongside the main worship service (breaking for a short period over the summer). Here, the children learn bible stories and enjoy craft activities and games to help them understand and remember the stories. Its run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are DBS cleared to lead these activities.
A creche room with sound relay is available during service times for parents / guardians to sit with their children.
On the first Sunday of each month children and adults generally come together in an All The Family service.
If you are coming along to Thorpe Acre with children for the first time and your children wish to be involved in activities, then speak to one of the sidespeople (at the entry door), wardens or clergy when you arrive.

For All the Family - Sunday Services
All the Family services, where the teaching is geared to be relevant to all ages, but especially the young, are held once a month, on the first Sunday. These services are led by a team who open up bible stories and teaching to us in a vibrant way. It's a particularly good time to bring young children along (though they are welcome at all our services) because the style is generally more informal. Engaging activities both within the main teaching and on side tables mean they can take an active part in the service.
